Per chi non l'avesse capito: The Wizard = Jeff Mills. Questo era il nome che usava ad inizio carriera, quando era spesso ospite del programma "The Electrifying Mojo" sulla radio WJLB. Girovagando su youtube ho trovato uno dei set di quell'epoca, che contribuirono a renderlo il Mito che è ora grazie alla sua tecnica superlativa che gli consentiva di creare una sorprendente continuità tra tracce di generi completamente differenti, utilizzando tricks come lo scratch ed il beat juggling. Inner City è il nome di un progetto fondato nel 1987 dal DJ statunitense Kevin Saunderson (riconosciuto come componente del Trio di Belleville, fondatori della musica Techno) insieme alla cantante Paris Grey. Il primo disco del duo dal titolo "Big Fun" viene lanciato nel 1988 e si piazza al primo posto della US Dance Chart e così fanno i 3 singoli successivi "Good Life", "Ain't Nobody Better" e "Do You Love What You Feel". Il video che vi proponiamo contiene un remix di "Good Life" ad opera di un altro nome noto nel mondo della Techno, Ben Sims.
