Grover Washington Jr. - Just The Two Of Us (LNTG Rework)

Chiamateli come volete: Edit, Re-Edit, Rework... se fatti bene mi piacciono sempre! Sto parlando di tracce classiche che di tanto in tanto vengono riportate in vita da qualche appassionato, come nel caso di "Just The Two Of Us" lanciata nel 1981 da Grover Washington Jr. e Bill Withers che è stata oggetto di un rework da parte di Late Nite Tuff Guy. Davvero un ottimo lavoro!!

Call them what you will: Edit, Re-Edit, Rework... If they're well done, I always love them! I'm talking about classic tracks which from time to time are brought to life by some lovers, as in the case of "Just The Two Of Us" launched in 1981 by Grover Washington Jr. and Bill Withers which has been the subject of a rework by Late Nite Tuff Guy. Really a great job!

Si lo so, non trattiamo canzoni di questo genere ma questo Edit è talmente ben fatto da meritare uno spazio nel Nostro Blog. La versione originale di "Bette Davis Eyes" cantata da Kim Carnes era stupenda e questa versione di Kasper Bjørke non è da meno, anzi! Enjoy ;)

Phil Collins - In the Air Tonight (Cosmo Black Remix) Free Download

Phil Collins è il mio mito sin da quando ero un bambino, ascolto la sua musica quasi tutti i giorni e mi piace trovare le versioni remixate delle sue canzoni perchè, nonostante abbia ridotto l'attività negli ultimi anni, capisco che questo grande artista non è stato dimenticato. Ieri mi sono imbattuto nel remix by Cosmo Black di "In The Air Tonight", la sua hit più famosa. Un rivisitazione davvero ben fatta perchè non stravolge la musica originale ma aggiunge un pò di "mood" alla canzone. Beh ora basta parole, ascoltate e scaricate! ;)

Phil Collins is my idol since I was a child, I listen to his music almost every day and I like to find the remixed versions of his songs because, although he has reduced activity in recent years, I understand that this great artist is not been forgotten. Yesterday I came across the remix by Cosmo Black of "In The Air Tonight," his most famous hit. A well done revisitation because it does not distorts the original music but adds a bit of "mood" to the song. Well that's enough words, listen and download! ;)
