E poi boh... ti ritrovi sulla home di Facebook il link ad un EP spettacolare. E' quello che mi è successo poco fa quando ho visto che Kreap ha condiviso il link del nuovo EP di _jackie dal titolo "Reinventions" che contiene 2 tracce French Touched che mi sono piaciute un casino perchè adoro questo genere! Ora non vi resta che schiacciare play ed iniziare a ballare ;)

And then boh... you find the link to a stunning EP on Your Facebook home. That's what happened to me a moment ago when I saw that Kreap shared the link of _jackie's new EP titled "Reinventions" which contains 2 "French Touched" tracks that I liked a mess because I love this genre! Now you just have to press play and start dancing ;)

Oggi Vi proponiamo "The Way I Feel" di Musical Expression (progetto del quale purtroppo non ho trovato notizie) nella versione remixata da House of Jazz (trio composto da Chauncey Alexander, Sherman Burks & Joe Long) pubblicato nel 1993 dall'etichetta Lazyboy. Come al solito, Buon Ascolto ;)

Here comes again our appointment with the House Music classics. Today we propose "The Way I Feel" by Musical Expression (a project of which unfortunately I did not find news) in the remixed version by House of Jazz (trio composed by Chauncey Alexander, Sherman Burks & Joe Long) published in 1993 by the label Lazyboy. Todd Terry - Keep On Jumpin' (Tee's MT Freeze Radio) [feat. Martha Walsh and Jocelyn Brown]

Todd Terry è una garanzia, non sarebbe necessaria nessuna spiegazione per questo post ma vi darò lo stesso qualche info su questa traccia fantastica. "Keep on Jumpin'" venne rilasciata nel 1978 dalla band Musique, band tutta al femminile già famosa per il loro ambiguo singolo "In The Bush". 19 anni dopo Todd Terry realizza la sua versione in salsa house del più grande successo delle Musique, "Keep on Jumpin'" appunto! Questa è la versione "Tee's MT Freeze Radio", Buon Divertimento ;)

Todd Terry is a guarantee, would not require any explanation for this post but I'll give you the same some info on this fantastic track. "Keep on Jumpin '" was released in 1978 by the band Musique, all-female band already known for their ambiguous single "In The Bush". 19 years after Todd Terry realized his house version of Musique's biggest hit, "Keep On Jumpin '" indeed, with the collaboration of two voices like those of Martha Walsh and Jocelyn Brown (the latter was one of the Musique! ). ! This version is the "Tee's Freeze Radio MT," Enjoy ;)

Vito Lucente. Forse questo nome non vi dice niente ma sono sicuro che lo conoscete tutti. E se vi dico "Junior Jack"? Ora lo ricordate eh?! XD Correva l'anno 2003 e dopo le hit "Thrill Me", "E Samba" e moltri altri successi ottenuti con altri pseudonimi (Benny B, Room 5 o Mr. Jack) il DJ e produttore italo-belga lanciava sul mercato "Da Hype", singolo caratterizzato da un sample di "I'm So Hot For You" di Bobby Orlando ed una parte vocale cantata nientepopodimenoche da Robert Smith....si, quello dei The Cure!! Beh ora però godetevi questo pezzo di storia ;)

Il suo esordio non poteva essere migliore, questo EP è veramente fantastico! Zimmer è cresciuto tra Francia e California e lo si intuisce subito perchè il suo sound miscela Disco music, Funk, House e French Touch senza essere mai scontato!

His debut couldn't be better, this EP is really fantastic! Zimmer grew up between France and California and you can understand it because his sound blend Disco music, Funk, House and French Touch without being obvious!

Louis La Roche è un giovane Dj, remixer e producer Londinese. Nonostante la sua giovane età (classe 1990) è già noto nel panorama musicale, ha remixato artisti come i Basement Jaxx, Grum, Human Life ed i suoi brani sono stati inseriti in compilation quali "Annie Mac presents" e "Ministry of Sound".

In attesa del suo nuovo EP in uscita ad Ottobre, è stato rilasciato qualche giorno fa un assaggio di quest'ultimo contenente "Gimmie Gimmie", "The Wall" e due remix di quest'ultima firmati da Shook e da J Paul Getto.

Louis La Roche is a young Dj, remixer and producer from London. Despite his young age (he was born in 1990) he's already known in music panorama, he has remixed artists like Basement Jaxx, Grum, Human Life and his tracks has been included in compilations such as "Annie Mac presents" and "Ministry of Sound"

J Paul Getto offre un'interpretazione diversa per "The Wall" con sonorità che ricordano la Disco Music (anche le sue produzioni hanno questa caratteristica) e in particolare mi piace moltissimo lo slap bass che accompagna il ritmo!
